Brookstone Lodge

This is a good place to stay. Rooms and the bathroom are both clean. Expect the size of the rooms to be smaller than what you see in photos. There are not many restaurants walkable but its pretty close to the downtown so probably an easy drive. They have a free simple breakfast spread each morning with 5 to 6 items.

The only downside was thw bed. The platform moves when you lean against the bed, the springs are very noisy when you move around, and the bed pad they use bunches under the sheets and you can feel it under you. I need up just taking it off. They also had an office chair at the desk like area but I wish they had an arm chair or something more comfy to sit on when you weren't in bed The room is a good size, fridge kept drink very cold which waa great. Service was wonderful.

This is a very nice establishment. The staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything, ask. They are right off the highway and are convenient to pretty much everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Lastly they offer a Continental Breakfast with 2 rooms that are available with seating. Recommend.

This is a good hotel for the value. Service was good. It was very evident that my room was not swept because there were pieces of trash and food on the floor. The bed linens and bathrooms were clean. It’s also a pretty loud hotel- thin walls. I also noticed the guide button on the tv remote did not work. But again- I feel like I got what I paid for.

I am a local, but have stayed here quite a few times during bad weather because it is close to work. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and it is one of the few hotels in town that has bathtubs. Having a hot breakfast is also definitely a plus. I am mostly leaving this review though, because I stayed a few nights during this last winter storm, and got home to realize I did not have my wallet. I called the hotel and Paul answered the phone and was immediately on it. He was so nice and checked with housekeeping and even went up and double checked the room himself. It did not end up being there (I had dropped it in the snow!). But I was so incredibly grateful for his kindness and willingness to help! Thanks, Paul!

We had a genuinely smooth, lovely check in around 7 PM, and the experience stayed excellent from start to finish. Everything felt very clean and well maintained, and our room was in great shape and clearly refreshed. The bed was fantastic and immediately comfortable, and we appreciated the practical touches that make travel easier: a good TV setup, plus a fridge and microwave that actually worked well. The bathroom was larger than expected and genuinely great, which always matters more than you think on the road. The highlight, though, was the pool. It is not huge, but it is clean, warm, and clearly cared for, and the pool room itself is warm and comfortable too. A lot of hotels treat the pool like an afterthought. This place did it right. We would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was very simple and we liked it, but nothing to write home about.

This is a choice hotel. The room was large and the room amenities all worked as they should. The service was excellent all the people associated with the hotel that I encounter were very friendly and kind. There is not of close places to eat. There is a Starbucks close by and a subway. Your not far from the Biltmore Estates. I just stayed the night and did not have time to explore the area. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

This place is awesome. The LP Flooring floors are updated and very clean. Many plugs for all your electrons. (cell phone, apple watches, aura rings, computers) I am not kidding I was amazed by all the outlets lol loving it! Friendly staff and very helpful at the front desk. Thank you Paul! The breakfast was amazing and delicious. You will not be sorry if you book at this hotel and we are definitely coming back!
